FAQ's
Q: Where is Polar Park, and where should I park?
A: Polar Park is located at 100 Madison Street, Worcester, MA, and you should visit woosox.com/parking for more information on nearby parking options.
Q: What time is the event?
A: The event starts at 5 pm, last call will be at 8:30 pm, and gates will close at 9 pm.
Q: How should I enter Polar Park?
A: Gate A on Plymouth Street
Q: When will I get my food truck voucher and drink tickets?
A: You will get them when you arrive, after going through our security checkpoint
Q: How do my drink tickets work?
A: Each 2 oz. Sample Drink Ticket may be redeemed for one 2 oz. sample. 12 oz. Full Pour Drink Tickets may be purchased at Plymouth Street, Section 4, Section 14, and the Triple Decker Garden. Drink tickets may not be used as tips for your bartenders!
Q: How does my food voucher work?
A: Each $10 food ticket can be redeemed at any of the food trucks. It can be used on a single item or towards your purchase. Each food truck will accept cash, credit and debit for additional purchases.
Q: Will I be able to walk on the field?
A: Yes, you may! You're welcome to bring a blanket, and there will be seating available on the Main Concourse, Berm, and in the Seating Bowl. Please help us in protecting our field by not wearing heeled shoes.
Q: May I bring outside food or beverage?
A: Outside food and beverage is not permitted, but empty water bottles may be filled at the second base hydration station or water fountain next to Country Bank Fan Services.
Q: May I bring my pet?
A: Pets, except for certified service animals, are not permitted at Polar Park.
Q: May I smoke or vape at Polar Park?
A: You may not smoke within the ballpark, but you are welcome to step outside of Gate D to do so if necessary.

SECOND ANNUAL POLAR PARK FOOD TRUCK & CRAFT BEER FESTIVAL, PRESENTED BY TRULIEVE

Fans can enjoy culinary offerings on the field
from 25 food trucks and over 30 craft breweries
Worcester, MA – The Second Annual Polar Park Food Truck & Craft Beer Festival, presented by Trulieve, will take place on Saturday, September 10, 2022 from 5- 9 p.m. Tickets for the popular event will go on sale to the general public today (Tuesday, April 19) at polarpark.com/foodtrucks, by phone at (508) 500-8888, and at the Polar Park Ticket Office on 100 Madison Street.
General Admission Tickets are $35 apiece and include a $10 food truck voucher and 10 drink tickets. In addition, the WooSox offer a General Admission Designated Driver ticket, which is $25 and comes with a $10 food truck voucher. All tickets come with event access from 5-9 p.m.
This year’s event will offer a VIP Experience with exclusive access to the DCU Club and Hanover Deck, which will feature VIP Beers, Live Entertainment, and exclusive concessions options. Standard VIP Tickets are $50 and include a $10 food truck voucher, 10 drink tickets, and a VIP gift. Designated Driver Tickets are $40 and include a $10 food truck voucher and VIP gift.
Groups of 10 – 30 people will have the option to purchase VIP Suite Tickets, which allows private access to one of Polar Park’s 22 VIP Hospitality Suites. VIP Suite Tickets are $75 and include one $10 food truck voucher, one flight of VIP beers, heavy apps to share with your guests, a VIP gift, and exclusive DCU Club and Hanover Deck access. VIP Suite Designated Driver Tickets are $65 and include one $10 food truck voucher, heavy apps, a VIP gift, and exclusive DCU Club and Hanover Deck access. VIP Suite tickets may be requested by emailing specialevents@woosox.com.
In conjunction with PVD Food Truck Events of Rhode Island, the festival will feature approximately 25 food trucks and over 30 craft breweries stationed around the concourse and on the warning track on the field at Polar Park. Attendees can sample a plethora of food and drink offerings while roaming the playing field and enjoying local live entertainment throughout the evening.
