Saturday, September 6th! We invite you to bring your own light-colored mat and join us for a 45-minute yoga flow, followed by breakfast and a complimentary mimosa in the DCU Club for the perfect start to your Saturday!

MEET THE INSTRUCTOR

Brittany fell in love with teaching long before fitness entered the chat. As a passionate special education teacher for the past eight years, her purpose has always been to motivate, empower, and help others believe in themselves.
Her fitness journey began unexpectedly in the summer of 2020, when she agreed to join her cousins at an outdoor group workout. She surprised herself by wanting to go back. There was something magnetic about the energy of a fitness community, and from that moment, she was hooked. Less than two years later, Brittany was invited to join the team at Kate’s PowerHouse as a trainer, where she continues to bring her signature passion, encouragement, and consistency.
Since stepping into the fitness world, Brittany has earned her Yoga Sculpt Certification through the Coastal Method, and has completed both her 200hr and 300hr YTT through Breathe For Change. As of this spring she is now a RYT-500 and earned a Master of Science in Education in Transformative Teaching & Learning with a Certificate of Specialization in Social-Emotional Learning, Mindfulness, and Yoga.
Brittany is deeply committed to making wellness and movement accessible and joyful. She leads group classes at KPH, corporate classes, fundraisers, community pop-ups, and kids classes. Whether in a school or a studio, her mission is the same: to help every person feel seen, confident, and free, both on and off the mat. You’ll leave her classes feeling more connected to yourself, and probably with a new favorite song from one of her carefully curated playlists.
