VENUES
Our state-of-the-art ballpark allows us to host 9,508 fans for WooSox Baseball, but also allows us to host elegant holiday parties for all types of groups.
Our holiday party experience includes access to your event space for up to 4 hours, 1.5 hours of set up time, event staff (ushers, security, event coordinator), and use of our in-house audio/visual capabilities.
The DCU Club is our most traditional and high-end event venue at Polar Park. It is on the third level of the ballpark overlooking home plate, and is equipped with both a full bar, outdoor balcony, projectors, screens, multiple tv's, and built-in audio capabilities. The DCU Club's maximum capacity is 325 people in a cocktail style set up, or 270 seated at 60" round tables. It can be transformed however you see fit!
The Clubhouses are a very unique, behind-the-scenes experience in our beautiful ballpark. They are ideal for more casual event set ups given the nature of the space and the furniture in them. The Home Clubhouse can accompany up to 100 people, and the Visiting Clubhouse can accompany up to 70 people. Both have multiple tv's and built-in sound systems.
MENUS
Our two holiday-themed menu selections are listed in the menu below, with options at $35 per person and $55 per person. You may opt to do a cash bar, drink tickets, or hosted bar.
