We are hiring for part-time positions throughout the upcoming season, and we want YOU to be part of the excitement. Whether you're looking to be part of the game day action or help behind the scenes, we have a role for you.

The event will be held in the Home Clubhouse at Polar Park, providing a great opportunity to meet our hiring managers and learn about the various positions available.

POSITIONS AVAILABLE
Team Store Associate
Team Store Associates are responsible for ensuring a safe, fun, and friendly environment for all customers, staff and stakeholders of the WooSox, both within the Team Store and throughout Polar Park. Team Store Associates are expected to answer questions from fans, assist in preparing all merchandise areas, fold, hang, and organize all merchandise, and operate the point-of-sale and inventory system, in addition to other Team Store Devices.
Ticket Seller
The Ticket Seller for the Worcester Red Sox will be tasked with selling individual game and special events tickets on both game and non-game days at our ticketing locations at Polar Park. These key team members will focus on providing excellent customer service and assisting in creating a memorable experience for our fans.
Broadcast Director
The Broadcast Director will direct a number of Worcester Red Sox games that are shown on NESN and NESN+. The Broadcast Director should be comfortable calling for camera cuts, replays, graphics, audio, camera shading, etc. For the entirety of the game, which includes a pregame show and postgame show.
Productions Assistant
Productions Assistants will work in a supporting role for the pregam, in-game, and event productions at the ballpark. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, editing photos/graphics and audio/video in the Adobe Suite, setup cameras/video shoots, and printing rundowns and scripts.
50/50 Raffle Seller
50/50 Raffle Sellers serve as the WooSox Foundation’s biggest revenue-generating employees who help fund programs within the Starting 9 during all WooSox home games. 50/50 Raffle Sellers are positive brand ambassadors for the WooSox Foundation and work together to achieve individual and team sales goals. Raffle tickets are sold from the time the gates open through the end of the game.
Hawker
Merchandise Hawkers must have a passion for WooSox Baseball and enthusiasm for actively advertising our merchandise to fans of all ages. Successful hawkers love to entertain and can transfer high energy into sales!
Ticker Taker
The Ticket Taker for the Worcester Red Sox will be tasked with scanning game tickets at various access points throughout Polar Park on game days and special events. These key team members will focus on providing excellent customer service and assisting in creating a memorable experience for our fans when entering & existing Polar Park.
Camera Operator
Camera Operators will set up and operate Hitachi cameras for the television broadcast, in-park video board show, MiLB stream, and ENG footage. Camera Operators are expected to set up, operate, and walk around with the wireless cameras throughout the ballpark for the television broadcast and in-game production.
Replay Operator
Replay Operators are primarily responsible for set-up, maintenance, and operation of DreamCatcher replay system. This includes control playbacks, recording, editing, and slow motion replays during games for TV broadcasts and in-house show to be shown on the video boards.
Grounds Crew Member
The WooSox Grounds Crew is responsible for the overall maintenance and care of the Polar Park playing field. Members of the Grounds Crew will assist the Field Superintendent with professional daily field maintenance, game preparation, rain situations, Batting Practice set up and tear down, set up and tear down of non-baseball events, and cleaning and maintenance of workshop, equipment, warning track, bullpens, and field.
Clubhouse Assistant
Clubhouse Assistants work inside the WooSox and visiting clubhouses, providing exceptional customer service to all visiting and Boston Red Sox-affiliated personal and maintaining/cleaning both Home and Visiting Clubhouse areas.
Usher
The Polar Park Ushers provide exceptionally hospitable service to ballpark guests by checking tickets, seating fans, answering ballpark questions, proactively enhancing the fan experience, and going the extra mile to create warm and wonderful moments and memories.
Graphics Operator
Graphics Operators are responsible for creating, updating, and triggering the graphics for the television broadcast, in-park show, and will work with the director and producer to gather info on players, managers, upcoming promotions/events, and more for the various graphics and implement them into our package template.
Technical Director
The Technical Director takes all cues from the show director to execute the game or event broadcast and technically direct the videoboard or TV broadcast. The Technical Director will load in all creative assets prior to production, create Macros, M/E’s, etc. for broadcast and ensures all is operational and correct prior to the show.
Mascot Team Member
The WooSox Mascot Team performs at several designated appearances, including but not limited to WooSox baseball games, hospital visits, school visits, charitable events, and other events. Members of the WooSox Mascot Team will engage with guests and fans and Polar Park, corporate settings, and community events.
Polar Park Ambassador
The Worcester Red Sox are continuing to build a team of Polar Park Ambassadors in 2025, who will lead the ballpark’s Tour Program and who will render extraordinary customer service and community participation. The WooSox are seeking kind, helpful, knowledgeable, compassionate, energetic, and proactive individuals who reflect Worcester and represent the WooSox organization.
